Sometimes you just wanna do a whole lotta nothing. But then that just turns into laziness...so my sister Jackelyn and I are gonna talk about 7 REAL things you can do to get out of your rut and GET MOVING! Here are some motivation tricks that work for me:

1. Pack your workout clothes when you pack your lunch.
2. Commit to just 10 minutes of physical activity.
3. Work out while watching TV.
4. Don't sit and talk...walk and talk!
6. Set a workout alarm as a reminder to get moving!
7. Take a group fitness class!

i have hypothyroidism and depression and anxiety and some days i cant face doing excercise because i feel like i cant do any workouts right and i fail at them but then i put on a Cassey pilates video which gives you some easy quick and moves that I actually can do. I did the recent, arm, leg and cardio videos in one day and i was exhausted but i felt good and like i accomplished something by making my body tired from excercise. Thank you Cassey for making workouts bareable and easy for me!

The ten minute rule so works because either way- even if you only go ten mins you feel better than not going at all. And chances are when you get there you will push yourself

1. Exercising while watching tv really saved me. I still get to binge watch my shows but I get a good work out in at the same time.
2. I like that your sister has been in your videos/pictures lately. I think it's adorable how much you get along.

group classes are def the way to go! even when i had the motivation to work out, i didn't have the motivation to actually do a proper workout/i'd always sell myself short. less minutes on the treadmill, get bored by beefy men using all the weight machines and just be like nah we can skip arms together etc. group classes is totally the way to have someone push you and have others motivate you, and share your struggles and triumphs together... at the fraction of the cost of a personal trainer!
