Niebieski - sounds like "nebeski" which would mean: heavenly; from the heaven; from the sky :)
And that is how I would imagine Elsa palette :)

I like how it's a mix of bright and grungy blues. I think this and the purple one has some grungy/greyish shimmers, you don't find that a lot in monochromatic palettes.Still waiting for that Paprika palette look. :D

A beautiful look and even though blue isn't my fave the shimmers make me want to get this. Sadly for the moment since 7/01/2021 Glamshop isn't shipping to the UK because of Brexit complications with parcels from Poland. Fingers crossed they can work it out because I would love to buy one of their palettes in the future. I am just waiting for my last order of singles which they said is on the way.
