Thank you ! My PrtScr key always worked until a few mths ago ... No idea what happened ... I didn't want to deal w/3D Paint every time I needed to save a screen shot ( too many steps ) ... The Fn + PrtScr key turned my laptop on airplane mode but your second method worked Alt + PrtScr ... I'll use that combo for now until I find the patience to dig further ... It was so nice merely tapping one key ( PrtScr ) ... Oh well, thank you again .

First suggestion in the task manager worked. It's taken me forever to figure this out...well you did so Thank you!!!!

None of these methods worked, BUT you displaying on your broadcast there is an answer and i found the SCREEN SNIP option in Windows 10 in notifications so in the end you helped me and O thank you for bring all pf these choices to my attention
