It's not just e bikes. E. CARS are exploding as well and don't forget all the fires caused by E. Cigarettes. A friend of mine had one of those explode in his pants pocket causing SEVERE burns that nearly killed him. This " go green" movement could almost be called attempted murder of the human race

Why are the e-bikes still legal? They and all lithium ion batteries should be banned, and owners penalized.
The lithium ion batteries have made tenants homeless, injured and killed people as well as causing loss of income to landlords. Two more reasons for homelessness in NYC.
