I love it when famous comedians take on Dramatic roles in film. Robin Williams has done it countless times. Most notably in One Hour Photo & Insomnia, and our beloved Bill Murray turned heads in Lost in translation & Broken flowers.

I almost didn't even recognize Steve. This looks like a good role for him to show case his serious side of acting.

People are dumb. Just because you have actors who usually take comedic roles makes them unable to pull of something great in a drama? Remember Heath Ledger? Anyway, this is already getting great reviews. Both actors are receiving a ton of praise as well. I can't wait.

I remember reading about the bizarre behaviors by the real John DuPont like showing up at tournaments wearing a singlet uniform... Driving a tank on the training grounds, carrying firearms into practice room... Very bizarre frightening behavior... Ended in horrific tragedy that still saddens me today to have lost a legend in Dave Schultz...Father, Husband, Brother, Son, & World and Olympic Champion...Senseless tragedy.

should have cast some bigger actors to play the Schultz brothers, who were huge in real life. Channing, like his "PACKAGE" in wrestlers tights, IS TOO SMALL to be a Schultz olympian. Steve Carell was pretty good, although a little too overacted as John DuPont. Dont believe me? Search for him online and watch some videos, DuPont was a egocentric spoiled rotten rich psychopath, not an autistic rich borderline idiot. Rating: 6/10
