Micro misting at Rock & Brews - Cooling off the humongous covered patio. Some many windows in this large dining place that it acts as a greenhouse: the heat of the sun get trapped in. We installed our micro-misting systems with heating elements: they eject micro-droplets of filtered water that cool off the air and evaporate within 3-5 feet from the ejection ports. This enabled the restaurant to cool off patrons without the wet feeling that other misting systems create. The micro-droplets are so small and they are ejected so fast from the unit that they evaporate almost immediately after being in contact with the warm air. These micro-misting units are equipped with heating elements that provide a beam of heat to warm up patrons during winter. Overall, the system is 365/365 temperature control system. It allows the restaurant to maximize serving space and increase revenues per sq ft. The units installed at Rock & Brews are our Kayla model. Ventizio is our heating & Cooling Division.
