I split milk in the fridge and it ran down the hole at the back on top of the compressor and it took me days to figure out where the smell was coming from.

Had a similar one with my Hotpoint. Ended up sticking a bit copper wire down the grommet to jam it open a tiny bit.

Or just empty the thing and unplug it and leave the freezer side door open for a bit, when its room temp and all the ice is gone load it back up and plug it back in. Works really good for chest freezers that fill up with frost

Sounds good, how would you suggest a fix for a hisense fridge freezer which doesn't seem to be cooling enough for the fridge part? Freezer part works fine. Fridge set to 2 oc but is more 7-8
