This scenario may look like a regular ww3 scenario at first, the twist comes when the countries fighting in the war end up nuking and destroying each other. With the strongest countries in the world gone, countries like Brazil become the new world superpower, while smaller countries now have more freedom to do what they want with the world police gone

idea: have a monarchist revolution in the somali country and the capital be controlled by the monarchists and becomes a city state.

Idea: old empire invades a small Asian country and gets humiliatingly defeated due to support to the small country by Russia, and because of this event a country leaves their alliance. This shows a massive shift in power and the old empire even suffers huge rebellions by the nations it has invaded all backed by Russia and China, the old empire eventually recovers in an episode or two but China actually emerges as more powerful than both Russia and the old empire, leading to a mutual collaboration against them but relations stay strained and war is even threatened between all 3, meanwhile the brown team invades large amounts of Europe and Russia and the old empire don't intervene. This would foreshadow a possible 4 way ww3.
