_putchar.c missing. How do you run your code locally ?

Can you please assist on how you resolved task 3 and four...on the GCC...
Part..iv done all as directed..but am getting an error putchar text...I went to my main.h all seems intact..putchar is present as is the tasks prototype....
What could I be missing

number 3 and 4 didn't compile. It gave this error: implicit declaration of function ‘_putchar’ . I gave it up from there since we can only use putchar to print the answers in all the questions
