Hi! I liked your video. I have some questions:
- What are strategies to gather data from different devices? I mean, let's say the company has an app for celphones and hasa an website. Ho to gather sentiment in the website? How we now that the user is sad, or happy at some moment that he hovers the mouse in certain section of the site? And how is the approach in the cellphone? Can we take inputs like voice (to run some analysis and find it) or maybe video? I am tottaly unsure.
