He CANNOT say what you could or could not see while he was driving up to you.

He CANNOT distract you and then tell you that you have not got line of sight. As soon as he distracts you HE has committed an offence.

The only reason he pulled up was because he thought he'd play "I've got bigger and better toys than you" you could almost see the delight
He got from telling you you could have your equipment taken off you. What a waste of public spend to have this dolt play out an ego trip. Condescending in manner. He probably played it out later in some 007 style dream. We need rid of this style of mis-policing.

For a police officer working within a drone unit you would think he would know it is an offence, distracting a pilot. When this was mentioned, he didn't want a bar of it and completely ignored this fundamental safety regulation. But that's what happens when you think you know it all.

He had a patronising manor initially but gave this guy a lot of time in the end. Actually thought he was very kind showing him his drone and going into so much detail.
