As a Granger main, I can confirm Popol and Kupa is VERY annoying to fight against

Another big counter is his roamer or other teammates.

If you're trying to gain stacks using minions and creeps, make sure that YOU are the one who killed or last hit them. You don't gain anything from assist kills from creeps and minions, so it's very crucial that no teammate should help you if the creep/minion is already low in health.

I'm not saying help is forbidden, I'm saying help should be kept to a minimum to make sure Granger's stacks aren't impacted.

Teamfights are more crucial as Granger can get 12 stacks from assists but while no teamfight occurs, do not let anyone in your team steal your creep/minion kills.

Benedetta is good too. Doesnt surprise me that she wasnt in here considering her difficulty. But she is good for granger. Its fun invading when theres a core Granger.

As granger main(1100+ matches) i would like to add few more in list.

1) Hayabusa cause of his ult, Granger is squishy af so in 1v1 fight against Granger, Hayabusa can easily win.
2) Fanny cause of her mobility, Granger can't turn around during the animation of his 1st skill, if u fast enough with Fanny you can side step him and easily send him home.
3) Ling and Lancelot (same as Fanny)
4) Twilight armour/ blade armour + vengeance
5) Sustain fighters (Khaleed Hilda Dyyroth Alpha Gato Phoveous) cause Granger don't have spell vamp enough to stay longer in fights.
7) Natalia (Granger is mm though)
6) and the best counter is just ban him.

Kupa ReCounter: kill the dog, thats it.
Lolita ReCounter: just position behind her, thats it.
Saber and Eudora: have a CC tank hero near you, it helps.

Whenever I see hayabusa, ling, natalia, saber, fanny as enemy jungler my go-to hero is Eudora and it has never failed me.

The reason why antique cuirass works really well against revamped granger is because unlike other skill based mm (e.g Brody and Clint) that although they have high damage skill, their basic attack still deals pretty high damage. Revamped Granger on the other hand, only relies on his skill since his second skill (dash) no longer enhances his BA damage. Thus makes him easily countered by Antique Cuirass.

As a Granger main i can confirm that granger is easy to kill but if granger has made a stacks enough to spam skills and has some skills then relax and wait for your defeat cuz nothing beats an enemy with skills

the armor is not a problem to me since his first skill can trigger basic attack effects except critical hit. he can make use of the war axe

Since Granger is weak at late game against higher HP minions, late game Layla (with Wind of Nature) would counter him. Without his teammate, they would likely to hit your own base.

So you'll need to wait for late-game before targetting him (Granger).

I have 500+ matches on Granger and I have many problems with him, he can get easily pick off without 2nd skill, you can go through walls if you dash correctly, but, if you are in an intense team fight, it's very hard to do. He's weak against high mobility heroes or heroes than can stun lock him (e.i Akai, Franco, Kaja, Lolita) he's an easy target if he has no flicker for assassin like Hayabusa, Fanny, Karina, Joy, Suyou, Benedatta, etc. If he's inside Minsi's ult, he's useless, no 2nd skill so if he has no more energy, with no purify he's as good as dead. Bringing purify is another problem cuz of assassin's that will dive into you in the back, most assassin's don't have stuns so purify is only giving you a speed boost of 15% and being immune to speed reducts, so, if you bring flicker, if they have CC heavy heroes, you're damned, if you bring purify to counter CC, you're still damned cuz of assassin's.

As long as you snowball in the early-mid game, it's gonna be smooth sailing. Just please, don't throw the game after dying once in 3 minutes.
