The insurance industry is adopting artificial intelligence (AI) at a fast rate. This industry is complex but has seen constant digital transformation across all of its facets.

The industry is continuously experiencing diversification in the markets and insurance products. The digital transformation is an absolute requirement here. As an enabler of the transformation, insurance companies have embarked on an AI transformation that is capturing new business as well as taking costs and time out of existing business processes.

This talk will walk through a use case for enterprise AI solutions within the insurance sector. We will discuss the challenges, motivation, and tool selection process, then cover the overall solution development.
