Показать описание
The Copenhagen Adductor exercise, as it’s name suggest, targets the hip adductor muscle (inner thigh). These muscle are vitally important for most physical activity that involve running (soccer, football etc…). Weakness in these muscles are a main contributor to developing a groin strain (injury to the adductors themselves). It is a common muscle group which is not trained well/forgotten. Additionally, weakness here is a leading cause of hamstring strains and when not addressed/found can lead to recurrent hamstring strains.

I love this idea I will try it also I have a question when you demonstrated this move it was a little farther and using less knee but I could just try both way to see which works better
