Here's the proof, or at least what I think is proof: Death rolls in during that messy three-way map brawl (you know, when Goldilocks gets the map) after a bunch of Baker's dozen got wiped out. Now, let's connect some dots. Remember when Puss made his bakery escape and coins went flying everywhere? Death was there, mingling in the crowd. And guess what? One of the Serpent sisters had just been turned into gold – not quite dead, but you get the idea. Oh, and that bartender at the start of the flick? Death's got some beef with him, apparently. The bartender goes in the back, Death pops up, and guess what? The bartender never makes a comeback. But wait, there's a hitch. Death crashed the party in the cave of lost souls, but no one kicked the bucket there. I guess you could argue it's a ghostly place, making it Death's favourite hangout spot. Crazy Right?
