Blade Runner 2049 Ambient Mix

All music credits go to Epic Records and the newfound iconic duo Hans Zimmer and Benjamin Wallfisch.

As always, I don't do this for popularity and never have nor will I ever monetize my videos. I only produce these mixes using highlights and never post entire soundtracks so as to bring appreciation to some of the best music Hollywood has to offer unto a community of cinephiles. Enjoy!

Just a reminder I have no control over ads placed by the copyright holder. I don't monetize my mixes, they do, which I'm sure is the only reason they even allow it to stay up on Youtube.

Also consider following me on Bandcamp where I'm now uploading new original ambient music and mixes for your enjoyment. All my music is available for streaming and download for FREE!

Hated by humans because he is a replicant, hated by replicants because he is a bladerunner, the only person he ever felt close to was Joi who is also artificial. When Joi is taken from him i felt his heart break, and my heart broke for him. This film is simply stunning in every way, i will never forget it.

I will never, NEVER forget seeing this in the cinema. 10pm showing on a rainy October night in London in a completely empty theatre. My hand was over my mouth the whole time. Best film of 2017 by far.

So glad they kept the true theme of Blade Runner: finding human connection.

When I was a teenager I walked into an empty cinema on new years eve and watched BladeRunner for the first time. When I walked out it was a New Year, warm but raining, steam hung over the tared roads lit up by the glow of overhanging neon lights. I was forever transformed. Today I realise I was not alone in that cinema after all...So many of you out there that felt the same way about these stories..."there's a part of me in you and you in me" <3

It's good to finally have a director again who does justice to remakes, sequels and adaptations. Very much looking forward to Villeneuve's adaptation of Dune.

"An emanator."
"You can go anywhere in the world. Where do you want to go first?"

"I love you."
"You didn't have to say that."
"I know."

This movie made me feel something that no other film has. The soundtrack was a large part of that, absolutely incredible.

Watching this film was the greatest movie watching experience of my life. I was flying back from a solo trip to Japan. This was the first solo trip I had ever done and I learned so much and really appreciated doing things by myself. So on the flight back I remember trying to think of a friend to go see Blade Runner 2049 with. But all of a sudden it hit me - why not see the movie alone!? I got really excited! As soon as I landed home I bought tickets to a 10.20 pm show. The theater was somewhat empty, but the fact that I was watching alone allowed me to really really appreciate every detail of the movie. OMG I get goosebumps thinking about it.. And then, when the movie ended, there was no one to talk to because I was alone. So I walked out of the theater, with the beautiful soundtrack playing in my head. I felt like I was walking slower, doing everything slower. I got on my bike and started biking down Market Street (San Francisco). Soundtrack still playing in my head, the night was dark, windy with garbage flying all over the place and there were homeless people all over Market street (as there always is).. "I'm still in the movie" I thought. It was incredible. I felt like I was in the movie until the next morning.
What a masterpiece this movie was.. I'm grateful for it to be the first movie I've ever watched alone... It's inspiring me to go see another one..
After I re-watch this ;)

This wasn’t a good film. It was an art masterpiece. Put this in a museum and don’t let anyone take any photos.

I like how the word joi is visible on K's head in this picture almost like she is always on his mind.

I bought a 4K and 4K blu Ray player so I could watch this in the best quality. This is legitimately the most beautiful movie I’ve ever seen. Visually and audibly. I love the first movie but honestly this movie surpasses the original for me
