I'm 32 years old and would sneak my mom's Stephen King books when I was 11 and 12 and read them. He literally started my love of reading!

I live in Maine just 5 minutes away from Stephen King and it's pretty cool to drive by his house. He's got some crazy tree carving going on outside his house now.

He doesn’t have a particularly bad life. He always says that people search for some kind of tragedy to understand his writing. He just has a great imagination.

He’s one of the best if not the best writers on the planet. His ability to develop a character is astounding. I’m constantly amazed at how well he can create a female character or a child character. He just completely understands the mind. He’s truly gifted.

If it weren’t for his wife, Carrie would’ve never existed. 🤭

He's been entertaining me since I was 15, my first novel by him was The Shining. I continue to be amazed by his writing at 52.

My friend went to the university of Maine when Stephen King was a professor there. He told me they would gather in the square of park and Stephen would read them his short stories. I can only imagine if they had known how big he would become.
I am not lying this is a real story my friend told me

I read my first Stephen King's book when I was a child and sneak on my grandpa's book shelf. It was magical, after that my grandpa gifted me the book and since then I've been gifted all his books! He will always be my favourite writer 💖

You got to admit it that Stephen King is a brilliant writer. He gets deep into his characters and puts them in terrifying situations. I love his writing style.

Plus, he’s inspired me for my own writing. I write books as well that by reading his books helped me out.
