In my college frat house the cook had a envelope of all our names. Every Sunday morning one name was pulled. It then was his job to fertilize the Sunday breakfast eggs a hour before they were cooked. After breakfast the guys would vote on who the Rooster of the day was. After voting and devouring the eggs the Rooster had to crow to announce to all who we ate that morning. 😊 ( yes a gay frat )

A little pancak hint for fabulous pancakes: add sour cream and reduce the milk you use in the mix accordingly.. Comes out fabulously light and fluffly - you'll love 'em.

Hey Josh. Swap out the fried bacon for baked proscuitto (baking sheet, no flipping, 375° for 9 minutes). Healthier, equivalent meat protein, and SOOO much tastier (and crisper!).
You'll thank me. (alternatively, I could make you breakfast...if you rise early, maybe I should spend the night before and deal with that first.)

Pancake size queen is a new one on me. Btw, egg is the emulsifier. It helps the mix and milk... er... mix. Whip the egg and then add the rest. Personally, 100% maple syrup is my topping of choice. And bacon can be finger food.
PS, I'm an old Aunt Jemima boy. RIP.
