Learn how to make a tasty Thai classic with a few fun new twists from Bee Tabor!!

INGREDIENTS:

(Thai Chili Paste)
- Shallots
- Garlic
- Tamarind Paste
- Palm Sugar
- Fish Sauce
- Canola Oil (or Avocado Oil)
- Tien Tsin Dried Chilies (For Heat)
- Ancho Chilies (For Color)
- Bacon (original recipe calls for Shrimp if you want to switch out)

(Tom Yum)
- Noodles (Ramen or Glass works very well)
- Broth (water works fine, Bee adds pork to hers, Vegetable broth also works)
- Dry Roasted Peanuts
- Shallots
- Garlic
- Galanga
- Kaffir Lime Leaves
- Thai Chili's
- Lemongrass
- Thai Chili Paste
- Pork
- Shrimp
- Fish Sauce
- Greens (Asparagus, Sugar Snap Peas, Cilantro, Bok Choi)
