Hey TCL... great you can show a YouTube clip of installing the FOXTEL app... shame it actually doesn't actual work. Contacted Foxtel and they stated the app is not supported on a TCL platform and i should go out and buy a chromecast (doesnt work), or Foxtel Go box.... what is the point of me doing that when i purchased the TV based on it being an android tv where apps should work directly???

Love that there is no response to any of the issues. Won’t let me login to the Foxtel app and also won’t chrome cast anything on my Foxtel app? Successfully displays what i want to watch on the screen, but just skips each program and never actually plays anything.
It’s 2021, this is ridiculous.

Hi. I cant cast foxtel go live to my tcl TV. But it works on my Samsung TV. Is that an issue with TCL or foxtel? It casts movies and other content. Just not live. My friend also has the same problem with her tcl tv

When after you've added the Foxtel app. DO you then use the TV remote or the Foxtel remote to access Foxtel/TV channels please?

So 14 months after this video was released, the Foxtel App is still not working. I can get it to work if I use a chromecast dongle, so not network speed issue. seems to be a software issue with the TCL TV.

Have a TCL 55" P725 TV When watching movies through the Foxtel QI4 box the picture quality is poor and the sound is delayed Tried changing HDMI lead and ports with no better result Any Ideas ?

I have the same issue. It won't let me login to foxtel. Yes the YouTube video shows how simple it is to load foxtel app, but it won't actually let you login. Foxtel won't run on a TCL TV.
How ridiculous is that. TCL must stand for To Catch Loosers.
The bastards sure did Catch me and I'm a looser with a Android TV that is useless for foxtel. Idiot's...
