**About Creed**
Creed is a multi-platinum, Grammy Award winning American rock band from Tallahassee, FL. In 1997, members Scott Stapp, Mark Tremonti, Brian Marshall, and Scott Phillips recorded their debut album My Own Prison beginning an epic string of albums earning Creed multiple spots on various Billboard charts, a Grammy for Best Rock Song (2001’s “With Arms Wide Open”) and the rare RIAA Diamond certification for selling 11 million albums of Human Clay. In 2004 the band went on an official hiatus with Stapp venturing into solo work while the remaining members formed Alter Bridge. They reunited in 2009 for a tour in support of their fourth album, Full Circle.

Across their releases, Creed have sold 28 million albums in the U.S. and 53 million worldwide. They are credited as being the 9th best-selling artist of the 1990s.

This song is like my battle cry against all that is evil in this world. I had a dream last night that Creed were recording a new album. The guys were sitting on some indoor bleachers, and I had my back turned and heard Scott’s voice. When I looked, he was covering his face which muffled his voice, but I recognized it. When I looked at the other guys, I started jumping up and down, yelling “Creed! Creed! Creed!” I don’t know if it was a prophetic dream, but it would be awesome if they released some new music and went on tour.
