She is describing reverse discrimination based on color, financed through high government taxation. While Black schools in the hood sit empty or underutilized at taxpayer expense.

She completely ignored his question and began to proudly list her "demands". He even gave her the analogy of visiting someone's house and deciding she wasn't happy there so she demands they change the rules for her. And they say black privilege isn't a real thing . . .
