The fry bread kind of reminds of beaver tails that you can find in Canada. I’ve only ever had them in Banff but I’m sure a handful of other cities in Canada must sell them as well.

That fried bread you had we make in Indiana too. We call it an Elephant ear or Moon crater. It’s the only reason I go back to Indiana for fairs. So delicious!
