Corsair Vengeance a7200 Series Gaming PC Unboxing - $2250

The Corsair Vengeance a7200 is the prebuilt PC I've decided to purchase during our GPU shortage. After ordering my PC from Corsair, I was told it would take 6-8 weeks for creation of the PC with a 1-2 week delivery time. However, it came to me in 1 week! This video is my unboxing process and I hope it helps you make the right decision.

I got the a7200 from Best Buy a little over a month ago. Mine came with a 3070 Fe, but recently found a scalper on FB marketplace that had a new in box Asus ROG RTX 3080 OC V2 LHR. So we made a deal MSRP vs MSRP, traded my 3070 Fe for his 3080 Strix plus the cash to make up for the rest. I lucked out. Anyway, one thing to note is if you plan on adding a second NVMe and it's PCIe Gen 4, move the Corsair MP400 to the bottom slot and install your faster Gen 4 SSD to the top slot, this way you get the full speed. Only the top NVMe slot is PCIe Gen 4. Nothing needs to be done in the Bios or start up, it'll recognize which drive has Windows to boot off of.

I’m completely new to pc. I have a ps5 but am thinking of buying a pc. I want one that would be “better” than the ps5. I’m pretty sure this one would be. Does it have enough usb/usb-c ports for everything you would need. Example my headphones use a usb-c dongle, would I be able to attach keyboard mouse controller headset ect…?? I got a Nvidia Founders Edition 2021 3070 with my vengeance. So I'm pretty sure you just get what they have on hand.

If all I’m going to use it for is playing Warzone and not streaming do I really need to worry about upgrading the RAM? I don’t know if the issues with RAM sticks should push me in another direction or not. I’m completely new to gaming pcs and have around a $2000 budget so this one has caught my eye

I ordered one near the end of May, got it early June but the 3070 was deffective (green lines on screen and I bet it was shipping damage bc I've worked for a shipping company before). Sent it back the next day and haven't gotten any updates nearly a month later... I'm tempted to buy a new one and refund my RMA pc once I receive my new one..

So im not a big PC guy, what was wrong with the ram? the vengence rgb pro ram is avaiable to buy on my end. unless it the wrong one but it looks the same

I have two Corsair Vengeance Pro RGB 8GB memory sticks (from Amazon) from another prebuilt and they worked with the same motherboard - it sounds like they wont work either. Very annoying and could be a deal breaker for me, thanks for the video
