Welp, I don’t think a lot of us expected that… Lionel Messi’s new energy drink company has officially filed a lawsuit against PRIME Hydration—the rival brand owned by influencers KSI and Logan Paul. This story is absolutely wild 👀

When Mas+ first launced back in June 2024, fans immediately pointed out how similar the packaging looked to PRIME’s, leading to comments from KSI and Logan Pauls camp that the Argentinian had copied their design. According to Mas+, PRIME even reached out to them saying they either had to change the packaging, or pull the product from shelves, which is what ultimately led to the suit being filed.

Mas+ is seeking a court ruling that their packaging does NOT infringe on PRIME’s trademark, as the company initially insinuated. Tbf—I’m not sure if bright colors and bold text constitute an original creation, so I’m personally leaning towards Lionel Messi’s side on this one… What do you guys think?
