Why no mention by the Lieutenant Governor about Unemployment Insurance Program Letter Number 15-20 released April 4, 2020 by the US Department of Labor?. Isn't this the instruction that he was waiting for to finish setting up the system via JFS to enable 1099 employees and the self-employed to qualify for Unemployment Compensation under DUA and FPUC under the CARES Act?
