For all of you who lost someone... Alcest is somehow a state of calm and despair. Whenever I hear this song I feel somehow stronger and weaker at the same time, thanks to that kind of Magic Neige brings to us all.
This song makes me remember of things that never been...

I just love how this video is filmed. We never really see the whole of something, or if we do it's through intense light filters. I kept craning my neck, trying to peek around it, trying to see everything...but couldn't. It was like a video of half-rememberings, dreams that seem real and then start to vanish the more you try to concentrate on them. And knowing the backstory of Alcest, I'm fairly certain this is the exact effect Neige wanted. Love everything about this!

Damn dude, I just think the same. I can tell my friends" Hey have you checked Myrath, Orphaned Land, Catharsis, etc." but I never mention Alcest. Alcest is our secret and just Neige will expand his horizons.
