This is what Saudi Arabia is known for, it's hospitality. Amazing people. It's has very diverse weather, hot desert, high mountains with deep valleys, great plains and not to forget the islands in the south. Every place has its own tribe, culture, music and Dialect.

19:00 how rose water and oil made :
في البداية يتم إضافة ما بين 10, 000 إلى 13, 000 وردة إلى قدر نحاسي خاص، ثم يتم إشعال النار تحت القدر حتى يتجمع البخار ويخرج من خلال أنبوب التقطير الذي يمر داخل إناء ماء بارد لترطيبه وتكثيفه. يلي ذلك، مرحلة التنقية حيث يتم فيها إضافة الماء الناتج من عملية التقطير إلى زجاجة ذات عنق بحجم 20 إلى 35 لترًا، وتتم عملية فصل العطر عن الماء بعملية تقطير خاصة تستغرق من 12 إلى 14 ساعة. بعد ذلك، يتم إضافة ماء الورد الناتج عن هذه العملية إلى مجموعة جديدة من الورود حتى يتم تسخينها وغليها مرة أخرى مع الورد بماء الورد. تُكرر هذه العملية ومع كل تكرار يزيد تركيز دهن الورد حتى يصل إلى المستوى المطلوب ثم يتكون المنتج النهائي من عملية الاستخلاص. بعد ذلك يتم فصل الدهن في زجاجة ويتكون فوق سطح الماء لمدة ساعة تقريبًا، وباستخدام إبرة سحب مخصصة للتصفية ليتم فصل الدهن عن الماء. يمر دهن الورد بثلاث إلى أربع مراحل للتصفية بوضع الدهن في زجاجة في وعاء ماء ساخن حتى يٌفصل الدهن من أي شوائب، ثم يصل بعدها إلى المرحلة النهائية حيث يتم وضع الدهن في عبوات صغيرة تسمى "تولة"., English:
Initially, between 10, 000 to 13, 000 roses are added to a special copper pot. A fire is lit under the pot until steam gathers and exits through a distillation tube that passes through a cold water container to cool and condense it. Next is the purification stage, where the water resulting from the distillation process is added to a bottle with a neck size of 20 to 35 liters. The fragrance is separated from the water through a special distillation process that takes 12 to 14 hours. After that, the rose water produced from this process is added to a new batch of roses, which are then heated and boiled again with the rose water. This process is repeated, and with each repetition, the concentration of rose oil increases until it reaches the desired level, forming the final product from the extraction process. The oil is then separated in a bottle and floats on the water surface for about an hour. Using a special needle for filtration, the oil is separated from the water. The rose oil goes through three to four filtration stages by placing the oil in a bottle in a hot water container to separate any impurities. Finally, the oil reaches the final stage where it is placed in small containers called “tola.”

She is a real traveler, because never in a million years would I follow a guy’s car to a farm in this darkness while being in such calm, she is so brave! I’m sure they are good people and as a Saudi I can guarantee that people are very generous and helpful, but I’m just acknowledging her bravery and her kind eye that sees the good in people.
