So the lore behind this was that Neko Arc was created by the Japanese as a trade deal for several Tiger tanks against the Sherman tanks in the pacific fleet. The Imperial Japanese army sent Neko Arc as a propaganda minister to German occupied Crimea, Neko Arc managed to reach there and defended the area until soviet forces overwhelmed the area. She soon fled alongside German remnants of the remaining defense to Romania, Bulgaria and Turkey which is where Neko Arc travelled to as a Japanese immigrant. She succesfully managed to do this and assisted many Croatian facsict movements alongside several others. Many suggest she has indeed conducted warcrimes during her time on the Chinese Front and also massacres of Soviet POWS. The Tiger tanks never actually reached Japan leading Japan to declare Neko Arc to return back to Japan. She was arrested by the United States under speculation of being apart from the Waffen SS, this was soon debunked as she simply spoke Japanese confusing the Americans. Neko Arc now lives in California attempting a takeover of mexico and declaring the former Mexican Empire territories of the United States back to Mexico to restore once again another Fascist government.
