Today I'm going to church in order to be baptized.

To serve and pray for Lord Jesus Christ and worship him till my very last breath

I love the 'nose-pinching with a handkerchief' technique used here by the minister to stop water entering the nose and stinging badly. I have never come across this before. I was a diver and knew a suitable method to stop it happening to me. However, this would not work with anyone who had had their adenoids removed; a common 'fashionable' medical procedure forced on many children in my youth. Some form of nose protection should be used at EVERY baptism. I have seen too many people emerge from the water in distress. Total immersion baptism is not a torture. At the very least a swimmer's nose-clip should be provided.

Baptized now at this age? But I been born in a Roman Catholic faith are baptized in the church when we are just months old by priest by pouring little water on our foreheads as done all over the state - from GOA 🏝🏖 ( former Portuguese overseas territory for 450 years).

This baptism is wrong cause Peter said for everyone one to be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ and if that name was not called you just got wet you are not saved and need to be baptized again no where in the Bible it’s says to say the father son and holy spirt it’s Acts 2 :38 says for everyone to be baptized in the name Jesus Christ and I pray for these people
