So when the ultimate is activated, the user doesn't regenerate their health back unless a move like Serious Punch, Tableflip, or Omni-directional Punch is used. Death counter only gives your health back when it is landed, and Omni-directional punch only gives your health back *FULLY* when it is landed. Omni-directional punch only gives a chunk of your health back when it is landed and doesn't fully heal you.
