This chicken tikka  Macaroni Recipe has a nice combination of ingredients those make Chicken Tikka Macaroni lip smacking.

If you are looking for tikka macaroni recipe with homemade masala then you ar at th right place Here is how you can make chicken tikka macaroni  it at home in easy 

Steps 1

Place 500g Chicken in a mixing bowl 1/2ts Red chilli powder , 1/2ts Black pepper,1/2ts Whole spice powder ,1ts Cumin Powder,Salt to taste,1/4ts Orange food colour,1 pinch Nutmeg and mace powder,1pinch star anise, 2tbs Yogurt, 2tbs Ginger Garlic paste, 1ts oil,Mix to coat evenly, Marinate & Leave it for 30 mins then Stir fry until they start releasing thier juices.Let it cook on medium heat until chicken is tender.

step 2

Heat 1/4TS Oil chopped carrot stir fry for 3o sec 2 capsicum  pinch of Black perpper,pinch of sugar, 1/4ts soy sauce stir fry for 30sec.

Step 3

 in a preheated oil add 2tbs chopped garlic and stir fry for 30sec then add  1 small size

chopped onion small size  and fry then add 1 cup pasta stock and  Let it cook until water dried now add 1/4ts turmeric , 1/2 ts chilli flakes, salt, 1ts Chicken Powder,

fry for one min Cook until oil separates  add 1 packet boiled Macaroni,  now top 3/4ts Black pepper, 2tbs soy sauce 1ts Vinegar, 1tbs soy sauce, 4tbs Chilli garlic sauce , ketchup, chicken tikka chunks, Sauteed Vegetables now  put the  burned coal in small bowl  drop 1ts Oil Quickly close the lid Leave it for 2min

 Then mix and transfer into a serving bowl and enjoy.😋
