A relaxing fishing session fishing from the beach.
Fishing the flood of a spring tide with light fishing tackle using rag worm and sprats for bait.
No talking on this one just fishing and enjoying the sights and sounds of the beach whilst catching a few fish on my local beach.

Good vidio Gary, tried Sandhaven Beach, for the first time, in 20 years, fished 3 hours from slack tide 5 Flounders, hooked on mackerel cube, cheers 👍
