Voids in the middle, stacking building blocks, strange patterns on the facade, all of these unusual designs have made Hysan Place an unique landmark in Causeway Bay. Behind them are the designer and the company's careful considerations of sustainability. This means the building should be flexible enough to change with market, bring fresh air to the dense neighborhood, and help people enjoy some greenery and comfort in the concrete forrest. And these goals are realized by a flexible space, a good flow design, creative office windows, several gardens and a rooftop farm.
