Same player like me, but i have problem, my player turn off when high volume or heavy bass, can you explain what happen to my player, and your player just turn volume up under 30 that so loud and clear but my player i have to turn volume about 40 above to make it sound louder

I can’t get it to pair with my phone. It shows up on Bluetooth with my phone and when I clicked pair a code pops up on both my phone and the stereo and after a few minutes of trying to pair it’s always Unsuccessful
