There should also be a canal from the Caspian sea to the Aral sea. This would be a lifeline for the aral sea and the countries surrounding it, while "filling up" the aral sea and theCaspian sea with the waters from the Indian ocean it would lower the levels of the oceans which are rising through the melting of the ice caps, provide hydro-electricity due to the level differences between the Caspian and Aral seas to the Indian oceans and eventually save countries like Tuvalu and the Ntherlands from being flooded. A similar project between the Dead Sea and the Gulf of Aqaba would also contribute to lowering of the oceans and also provide hydroelectric power while also disenclaving a country like Jordan.

The Belt & Road Infrastructure is really taking shape at a grand scale with massive canal projects in Turkey, AFghanistan, Iraq, Saudi, Mexico, right through latin America-(multiple countries) the enormous Russian Artic route project, many High speed rail links and many Road systems being developed around the world. The Scope and Scale of the Belt & Road instructure is Truly mind boggling. China developed the Rail Link between Iran and China, so I would imagine they will assist Iran with the Caspian Sea to Persian Gulf canal, as it will be a major link in the Belt and Road.

Menurut pandanganku bukan hanya Iran saja yang butuh kanal, negara sebesar India yg penduduknya terbanyak di dunia butuh beberapa canal, agar mereka dpt menyalurkan sebagian penduduknya yg msh suka kencing dan berak sembarangan ke canal2 itu, agar tidak meninggalkan polusi2 lingkungan sekitar.
