As a teenager I spent lots of time on Hollywood sound stages, watching my dad work and meeting the performers. Dad also took us to tapings of The Dean Martin Show. One of my favorite performers in both contexts was the beautiful, talented Carol Lawrence, whom I was lucky enough to meet on the set of “Bob Hope Presents the Chrysler Theatre" when I was 15.
