Great vid. At what point do you get diminishing returns from juggling? Like I can get to 138 juggles now, which isn’t very much obviously but breaking 100 was huge for me. Is there a point trying to get to 200, 300 etc? Or should I focus on a different technique to work on my ball control?

Terrible advice, sorry. The sweet spot should be closer to the center of your laces, not the toes. Juggling teaches you how to kick with the widest area of the foot, enabling shooting and passing technique. The toes won’t do you much good.
