This would be SUPER cool on a beach-themed nail! Imagine painting the base of the nail to look like water at the edge of the sand and then using white polish to do the bubble effect so it looks like sea foam. Add a few tiny pearls or maybe some little shell-shaped nail decor too.

I did this on a client a few weeks ago and I used a light blue base with a white top and it looked like actual bubbles!

I've watched a few other videos about this technique and most said not to put a top coat. I'm thrilled to see that the design was still there!
