How do you get the "index.csshtml" tab? I transfered the files to the "Contents" folder but I can´t find the index tab to replace the code :(

This is not the right way to do it. You have layout pages in MVC. This bypasses the correct way of utilizing the layout pages altogether. You would have to add the same css and script files on EVERY SINGLE PAGE. Bad design.
