Gov't will ease process for Ugandan engineers to access contracts - Rugunda

Prime Minister Dr. Ruhakana Rugunda has promised the engineering fraternity in Uganda to soon table the Engineering act with an eye specifically on allowing them access government contracts.

This follows a new onslaught in which Engineers believe they can take on some of government large projects in place of foreigners
