I have previously found myself, in my ignorance of the subject, wondering why you use one tool over another but I have learned that if I wait and watch the video long enough you’ll explain exactly why you used the tool over another. You’re a teacher, not an entertainer. As enjoyable as I find the videos I have been able to use what you teach to make decisions on my ear care and have even helped my wife to make good choices on her ear care since she suffers from blocked ears and has been recommended many solutions to include irrigation and drops. I appreciate what you teach and am glad that you always place the care of your patients above the entertainment value of the videos.

Well, if people can be armchair audiologists, I can be an armchair psychologist. I think you’re right that the haters have a void in their lives. They don’t feel important enough or heard enough. And instead of doing something to change themselves (and it can be learning a hobby, not necessarily getting a degree and oodles of experience), they pick at other people. Is it jealousy? Narcissism? I don’t know, but I’ve found that when you lift others up, you lift yourself up, too. You are a kind, caring, and incredibly talented person. THAT makes you a target for the critics.
