I have this controller and it is great. Whenever I start up a locomotive, blow the horn or whistle my wife's cat comes into the room to watch the trains run.

A few comments:

I bought the powercab at Trainworld

You should mount the PCP somewhere I have mine screwed to the facia of layout.

Although my buss is 14ga wire you need 16 or thinner wire. I soldered 16 gauge leads to the buss and then screwed the ends into the plug on the PCP.

Function 8 mutes sounds on most decoders .

Narration and verbal explanation would be MUCH more useful in an 'instructional' video!! Skip the music----we can listen to our own music anytime as we wish. When we're looking for information, narration and actual talking and explaining is most important.
