Key Sign of a Neck Disc Injury: Scapular Pain 🧠

One of the biggest indicators of a neck disc injury is scapular pain. If you're feeling discomfort behind your neck, near the top of your shoulder blade (scapula), it could be a sign of a C5-C6 cervical disc issue. If the pain extends further down the scapula, it might point to a C6-C7 disc problem.
