How are you getting 140k xp an hour at 80? I'm level 82 and capping at 110k and that's with 3ticking and shooting the chins to reset spawn.

Yo, another great guide .I'm 86 hunter at the moment. Dunno what i'm doing wrong but, just to check exp rates i got 81-->82 with black salamanders, 82-->83 with red chins(always hunter area, never ticking), 83-->84 with black salamanders again and 84-->86 with red chins again . I get ~160 exp hour at black salamanders but the catch rate of red chins is still abyssmal for me ...no more than 70k exp/hr .. Yeah the money is great but dunno . Maybe i'll go to 92 with black salamanders and then switch to red chins all the way to 99 . But dunno how or why all guides say that the average redchin exp is ~140k lolz .

protip: use the black chins to pk whoever is trying to pk you... I would recommend training ranged before attempting to catch black chins... so you can wield them

For the longtails and rubies, I did both at Land's end.

Grey chins from 53-63 isn't too bad either. Pretty sure the xp is slower than orange salamanders by a good amount, but it's sort of like smithing mithril in that you profit a fairly significant amount doing it. It's good to tie in between birdhouse runs with the quick time to get back to the hunter area.

The whole birdhouse "effective xp" bullshit is literally the same as saying, "Doing waterfall quest as soon as you start your account is EFFECTIVELY 15 MILLION XP/HR" so you have to do it.

red chins are way less xp, black salamanders are way more, I get around 180k an hr there at 87
