I will show you how to make a glitch transition by using the built-in effects such as invert, offset, wave warp, and more. Tips:

1) Duplicate the first adjustment layer containing VR Digital Glitch two frames ahead of the last 'glitch' AKA the offset frame.
E.g. frame 1 = offset glitch, frame 2 = nothing, frame 3 = VR Digital Glitch (duplicated). I also suggest turning down the master amplitude to 50 - 75.

2) Create a Z shake using transform, or S_Shake (if you have Sapphire installed) and apply it to the second clip. An advanced tutorial will be made to cover this step.
