The person in charge of the gun should be in jail, no reason for a 14 year old to get a hold of a gun.

Another horrific school tragedy. We must start investigating the parents of these shooters.

Gov Kemp said today is not the time to discuss how we prevent these school shootings. And he's right. Today is too late.

Parents should be held responsible. 14. How do you not know what your child is doing at this age. I'm up my children's butts 24/7

Why is it, all these shooters have involvement with the FBI? Isn't time WE THE PEOPLE start asking the FBI some questions

Something is not working. Figure it out and do all you can to stop it from happening. Why does this occur so much in the most industrialized nation in the world?

Here is where we are in America. No public place is safe. Schools, libraries, shopping malls, super markets, and even churches are unsafe. There are two solutions. Abolish gun ownership which will never happen or metal detectors in every building in the country. The latter is a half measure at best. No public place is safe.

In 2022, Kemp signed a bill into law that expanded gun rights, allowing Georgians to carry handguns in public without a license or background check. A “lawful weapons carrier, ” or any person who is eligible to purchase a firearm, can now concealed-carry a handgun. Long guns could already be carried in many places without a permit.

How are these kids getting access to military style guns--- when other parents leave their guns for a child to pick up and shoot themselves, the parents or sibling guess to jail for child endangerment but when these kids assumably get their family's hunting guns or whatever due to not being secured, are these parents still responsible as the others😢

We must begin to investigate the CIA/FBI on these crimes

A child or even a teacher should never be put in a situation were they are labled as "heros". He throws it around like it was some sort of achievement when the reality is, they should never have been put in this scenario in the first place. When did places of education and child develpoment become warzones?

'Inadequate' doesn't begin to describe your thoughts and prayers, Governor Kemp. DO SOMETHING. And no - maximum security prison-style schools won't cut it.

My heart & prayers for strength goes out to all the victims and their families. I gave my 14-year-old an extra tight hug tonight.

The person holding the gun is to blame not the gun
