Lost my mum 23 years ago when I was a toddler. I never knew what death was, came back from preschool and found my elder bro crying with our neighbors. I asked him what's going on and he just said that mum has died. Then I asked him, "when is she coming back"? He then said "soon".

I held on to those words hoping that she would come back but she never did. I have grown up now and I have my own kids but it's sad knowing that my kids will never see their grandma.
