I still remember the very first time I bought shrimp. The Fishmonger showed me how to do it, and the rest is history! LOL

Great info! I was just cracking myself up remembering a time when I wanted to grill shrimp way back in the mid 90's and didn't have a clue what I was doing. And the internet was still new...We either didn't have YouTube or I didn't know about it.

I Marinated the whole shrimp shell, tail, vein and all...threw 'em on the grill and ate 'em that way. Lol! 😆 I had a feeling something was "not right", and never tried it again.

In my defense, I was "mostly" vegan at the time and have been ever since. I do think I'll try this again sometime though...just so I know how they were "supposed" to come out!

A little constructive criticism -- I'd suggest that for videos like this, the camera remain close up on the shrimp. It seems to jump back and forth from a long view of Andrew to a close-up of what he's actually doing. This is really distracting.
