i tried solving it complete...

(x+2)(x-5) = (x-1)(x-3)
x^2 + (-5x) +2x - 10 = x^2 - 3x -1x + 4
x^2 + -3x - 10 = x^2 -4x + 4
-3x - 10 = -4x + 4 {x^2 cancelled each other across the equation}
1x - 10 = 4 {subtracted -4x from both sides}
x = 14 {added +10 on both sides}
